Cancellation Policy
Terms and conditions www.godsgiftevents.com 1. Booking fees are non refundable after the event has been confirmed. Picnics MUST be rescheduled 24 hours ahead of your reservation or else you will loose your money. We will gladly accommodate you on another date should the unforseen happen. Picnics CAN ONLY BE RESCHEDULED 24 HOURS ahead of your reservation. We reserve the right to reschedule in case if heavy rain. 2. a New date needs to be rescheduled within 7 days of canceling else or else you will loose your payment. 3. a REFUNDABLE deposit will be applied to the total amount. This will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your information , if all is find in good order. NO refunds will be done if banking details are not received within 14 days after the event. 4. Kindly note we do not offer any self catering options. 5. All beverages or bar services must please be ordered and paid for upfront. 6. Setup fee includes the venue with full setup on vintage look wooden tables and Wimbledon chairs or picnic pallets on carpets, breakdown and clean up afterwards.  7. Items on the menus might change, but you will be informed well ahead of time. 6. All COVID 19 safety measures are strictly adhered to. All guests to please wear masks and sign in on arrival. 7. Venue visits by appointment only 8. Venue visits or onsite consultations included in price for functions of 12 guests and more. 9. Events can only be rescheduled more than 7 days ahead of your reservation. 10. All jars remains the property of the venue at all times. 11. All the above is offered as a package. Exclusion of any of the items will not change the price. 12. Although God’s Gift takes normal inflation into account when prices are quoted for distant future events, unforeseen circumstances (amongst others: natural or unnatural disasters, sudden unavailability of certain items, shortages of certain items, sudden increases of certain items) that causes out of the ordinary price increases cannot be foreseen and prices obviously must be revisited once such an out of the ordinary increase occurs. 13.
