Service Description
Viewings are available by appointment Tuesday to Thursday 15:00 - 19:00. We encourage and recommend late afternoon viewings in order to enjoy and experience the full splendor of the venue and fairie lights at sunset. Weekends and Fridays are reserved for preparation and weddings. Venue Viewing/alAppointment commitment fee The purpose of the viewing fee is to ensure that couples honor their scheduled appointments. Unfortunately, we’ve experienced many instances where couples do not attend their appointments and fail to inform us in advance. This not only impacts our scheduling but also takes away the opportunity for other interested couples to view the venue. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation Policy
Picnics CAN ONLY BE RESCHEDULED 24 HOURS ahead of your reservation. Kindly note that we reserve the right to reschedule in case if heavy rain. Picnics are non refundable after it has been confirmed. We will gladly. accommodate you on another date should the unforseen happen. New picnic date needs to be rescheduled within 7 days of canceling else or else you will loose your payment.
